Our website is a perfect way to showcase our products. However, there is nothing better than touching and feeling ‘the real thing’. Not only will you appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every single piece of our stationery that we produce, but also how little it can cost to have wedding stationery that is entirely designed just for you!

The cost of a sample is only the cost of an invitation and we will refund the cost of up to three samples on placement of an order. A Sample Request Form can be downloaded by clicking on the link at the left-and side and posted to our registered office:

Placing an Order

On placement of an order, we will discuss with you, your wedding theme and colours to create your bespoke wedding stationery. Examples of wording and typefaces can be downloaded by clicking on the link at the left-hand side. Or alternatively, you may wish to use your own wording and/or typeface. At this stage we will require a 50% deposit.

Proofs

You will receive a hard copy proof of your wedding invitation, which will need approval before we can commence with production of your order. Your proof can be approved via email or hardcopy in the post.

We do not charge for proofs or colour changes you may wish to make in order to co-ordinate the wedding stationery with your wedding theme or colours. Although any further design alterations may incur a design or origination fee but we tell you about this before we begin any work.

Additional Services

Guests’ Name Printing

Having your guests’ names printed on each insert saves you so much time, looks neater, can be co-ordinated with your colours and avoids wastage due to handwriting mistakes. For a small additional cost, we can print your guests’ names onto your inserts providing you are able to supply the information in Word, Excel or by email.

Envelope Printing

Pre-printed return address envelopes are free of charge (if required). However, for a small additional cost, we can print guests’ names and addresses onto envelopes, providing you are able to supply the information in Word, Excel or by email.

Delivery

Once we have received the final balance, your stationery will be dispatched. A signature will be required for all deliveries (which are sent via UPS tracking and signed for service) so please ensure you designate a delivery address where someone can sign for your wedding stationery.

General

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items once they have been dispatched.

We have a minimum order quantity of 10 wedding invitations. We do advise early ordering as our lead times fluctuate. Express orders are available but they are liable to a surcharge. This is at our discretion and is dependent on the size of your order and our current workload.

We recommend that you order all your wedding stationery at once, with an estimate of the number of orders of service; menus etc so that we can book your production slot and ensure continuity of your design (exact numbers can be clarified at a later date). We always advise ordering a few spares for extra guests or any errors you may make if you are planning to write out your guest names yourself.

However, at no extra cost to you we will include a couple of extra inserts just in case of errors when writing your guest’s names.
