If you decide to have a traditional church wedding then you would normally provide an Order of Service for your guests. This is an important aspect of the wedding ceremony as it keeps your guests informed of what is going to happen. 


We  have put together a range that allows you to have fully personalised Order of Service Covers

at a very reasonable price.


FREE TEMPLATE WITH EVERY ORDER


How it works

  1. ★The client sends an email to us giving details of the required Design and also the information to be printed onto the cover.

  2. ★We design the cover to your specifications and send you a digital image for your  approval. Alternations can be made if     required and a further sample will be sent.

  3. ★On approval we will invoice you with your required quantity (minimum of 20 covers).

  4. ★We will also send to you a FREE TEMPLATE so that you can print your own insides and simply staple, glue or for those with a bit of flair tie ribbon or a tassle to secure your insert  to the cover.

  5. ★Covers are available in white or ivory and  smooth or textured quality card. Please let us know your preference when placing an order.

  6. ★Font styles and colours can be personalised to match your own colour scheme. Sample font information can be found on the right hand side of our ‘Ordering Information’ page.

  7. ★We can also produce Order of Service Covers with your venue or Church printed on the front and would ask that you provide the image via email . These carry an additional cost of 10p per cover.

Please see typical layout for an Order of Service. However,  the best guidance you can get is to talk to your vicar or religious minister who will usually be able to provide you with an example of an Order of Service and give you guidance on choice of hymns.



It is normal practice to send a copy of your Order of Service for checking to your minister and/or organist prior to printing.
